In the fall of 2017, sales of a new generation of Skoda - Karoq crossovers started in Europe (photo below), which, apparently, will become a full-fledged replacement for the popular Yeti.

The appearance of the new car compares favorably with its predecessor - primarily organic. Only the lazy did not pay attention to the strange proportions of Yeti: when looking at the crossover, it seemed that the manufacturer simply put the slightly enlarged body of the car on the extended wheelbase, without worrying about aesthetics at all.
Skoda Karok 2017–2018 (photo below), I suppose, will not disappoint not only connoisseurs of classic European proportions, but also motorists who appreciate the ability to fully rely on the reliability of their own cars. Like the older (and more expensive) models, such as the Kodiaq, Octavia A7 and Rapid, the new Skoda Karoq meets all American and European quality standards. So, the driver in the most difficult conditions will not be left inside the suddenly failed crossover and will be able to get to the destination without trouble.
Intending to expand its presence in the American market, Skoda paid special attention to the preferences of local motorists and even local topics, choosing as the name the word formed from two Eskimos: “car” and “arrow”. The latter is, apart from a hint of speed, a reference to the manufacturer's emblem. It is necessary to pay tribute to the imagination of the company's marketing specialists: this is not the first name of the model, not only Indian roots, but also beginning and ending in the same letters: K and q.
