Large minivans, common in most European countries, are gradually gaining popularity in Russia. Differences in dynamics
Participating in our comparison, the Renault Trafic is equipped with a 2-liter turbodiesel, which gives out 90 horsepower. Such a machine is pleased with good dynamics within a large city due to the shortened gear range of a six-speed transmission. However, it is only necessary to go on the road, as the disadvantages of the base Renault Trafic become clearly visible. Acceleration to "hundreds" takes 19 seconds, and the maximum speed reaches only 145 km / h. At the same time, it will be extremely uncomfortable to move at such a pace - therefore, the speed of movement Trafic has to be limited to 110–120 km / h.
