Then Laguna Seca, namely, Richard called his first serious brainchild, was almost a standard D-class sedan with unimaginable engine power.

Hamann and his associates refined the standard in-line "six", which was installed on the BMW 5 and 6 series, setting a boost on it. Despite skeptics' doubts, 410 “horses” did their job, and sales began to grow at an abrupt rate. The same situation was observed with pre-orders for the manufacture and fine-tuning of "charged" cars.
International recognition
For more than 10 years after achieving its first commercial success, the tuning studio Hamann continued to work exclusively with German cars. Only in 1994, Richard and his team got the opportunity to show themselves in the international arena. The first such project was the tuning package for the Ferrari F40. The already magnificent supercar began to look more aggressive and sporty, and also received a 40 percent increase in power.
