Czechs published the first photos restyled liftback Skoda Rapid. The developers didn’t do anything cardinal in the outer and inner worlds of the model. All actions to modernize the car can be called in one word - “refreshed”. The novelty will be brought to our car market closer to the summer of this year. Of course, the Czechoslovak automakers are going to present an updated model at the March Geneva Motor Show. The car received a new fog-optics and a converted front bumper. LED taillights only in the basic assembly, C-shaped and toned to give a certain sporty style. Wheel stamping from the basic configuration disappeared, it was replaced with alloy wheels.
The head optics of the updated bi-xenon liftback, it integrated LED DRL. For additional money, you can purchase a light sensor with which an electronic assistant goes, monitoring the level of ambient light and, based on the data obtained, setting the degree of brightness of the headlights. 
By the way, DRLs begin to shine immediately with the start of the engine. Low and high beam is now the prerogative of the corresponding electronic system, it switches them back and forth in automatic mode. The system recognizes cars that are catching up with you, four hundred meters away, and reaching you one kilometer away.
The interior design of the updated liftback was also somewhat refreshed. Trims on the doors, a modified form of air deflectors, redesigned tidy, and a modified unit responsible for controlling the air conditioner. Multimedia increased the diagonal of the touchscreen by an inch compared to the dorestayling version.
Russian version updated liftback will get the same motor line as the dorestayling. This is a 1.6-liter, 90-strong aspirated, paired with a five-speed manual. The second engine of the same volume, stitched more radically and gives out twenty horses more. He works with the aforementioned mechanics and with a six-speed automatic. The third engine is a 1.4-liter turbo, giving out at a peak of 125 horsepower. 
Of course, all restyled Skoda Rapid equipped with ERA-GLONASS. Orders for this model from dealers can be left as early as April of this year. Closer to April, the Czechs will report and complete information on assemblies restyled rapid.
