The Ministry of the Interior is going to limit novice drivers in high-speed mode, on the contrary, add a drive to motorcyclists and allow school buses to move along the designated lanes. Drivers with minimal experience have significant speed limits in many European countries. Even in the times of the Soviet Union, we also attempted not to allow this category of car owners to exceed the speed above the set value when driving. However, in reality, no one observed these restrictions, and tracking such violations was problematic, therefore, due to the uselessness, these restrictions were soon lifted. Today, however, they again want to return to the maximum allowable speed of 70 km per hour for drivers with less than two years of experience. On country roads they will be forbidden to move faster. The draft of these amendments to the SDA is now undergoing a public comment. It will end on April 4 of this year.
