Our government is constantly tightening the screws to debtors. No matter what you owe, with your debt you encroach on the integrity of the state, no less, so be punished! Therefore, the result of the second reading by the State Duma of amendments to Debtor Punishment Act It was predictable: all amendments were approved, and now, if you have not paid the debt by more than ten thousand rubles on time, you have officially take away the right to drive a car. Of course, temporarily, until you pay your bills. In the first edition, the amendments to the law were intended to punish only child support debtors- a holy cause, who does not pay children, he does not deserve the right to be called a man at all, not only to drive a car, but now a car for any debt over a fixed amount driven to a paid parking lot, and the debtor will continue the journey on his own two. The rights will be suspended until the complete liquidation of arrears.

There are exceptions to the rules stipulated by law: if the debtor works on his car, that is, his car is the only means to generate income, from which then he will have to pay these debts. The second exception is if the debtor is a disability from the first or second group. Well, the third exception is if the driver owes less than ten thousand rubles. Temporarily take away rights and the drivers of any type of transport will suspend them: you have a steering wheel in your hands, an aircraft steering wheel, tank levers or a motorcycle steering wheel. This law will start working from January 15, 2016, and the third readings that have not yet been passed will be held in the near future, and they will not have any impact on the essence of the adopted law.

The debt level of ten thousand rubles will remain unchanged only for those who does not pay child support their own children and those who are obliged by the court to financially compensate the injuries to people with disabilities who were crippled through the fault of these citizens.

And for those who should under other articles, the limit of the fine, after which they will be taken away, will be set at around twenty to thirty thousand rubles. These amendments will also be adopted on an emergency basis, so that the law will immediately and fully work within the specified period - from January 15 of next year, well, edge, from February.

By the way, quite recently, for a debt of one hundred thousand, a car was put on a car at a single citizen. This debt was collected from a punished comrade for unpaid fines received for repeatedly violating the rules of DD.
