- unscrew the bolts and remove the body from the crankcase;
- loosen and fix the crankshaft pulley with a flat screwdriver;
- using the head No19, unscrew the central bolt and withdraw it together with the washer;
- disconnect the pulley from the shaft and remove the shaft;
- remove the distance washer with your hands (in some cases you need to pry it with a screwdriver)
- unscrew the 4 bolts that hold the coolant pump;
- at this stage it is necessary to hang out the motor, installing special supports under it so that it does not sink;
- slightly unscrew the bolt that attaches the negative wire to the pillow bracket;
- unscrew the nut, the mounting bracket to the bracket. Turn off 2 more nuts and remove the bracket;
- unscrew the 4 bolts and remove from the valve block a special timing belt cover;
- The first piston must be installed at the top point with the condition that the mounted marks from the camshaft and pulleys must be in place;
- loosen 2 small bolts that are located at a height of 3 cm from the camshaft;
- insert a screwdriver between the roller bracket and the bolt, slightly turning the bracket to the left;
- remove the belt from the pulley;
- we install a new roller, belt, spring and assemble the entire structure in reverse order;
- when all the parts are in place, you need to check the performance of the system - turn on the transmission and turn the crankshaft with the wheel, with which the camshaft will also rotate. All tags must match.
