These tests, which ended successfully, marked the beginning of the mass production of the Lada Vesta. Officially, it will be called CNG vest. When they appear, while no one else from Avtovaz does not know or knows, but is silent in a partisan manner. But it is known that the first models of a bit-fuel Vesta will soon arrive for testing at corporate factory fleets. 
For the first time, the gas-petrol Lada Vesta was officially presented exactly one year ago at Innoprom 2016, an exhibition of innovations held in Yekaterinburg. According to AvtoVAZ engineers, the bit-fuel machine turned out to be very economical, with proper driving Lada Vesta can not drive a thousand kilometers, and even more than a thousand. The gas cylinder is equipped with an integrated fuse and a valve, which excludes the possibility that the cylinder body will crack or burst. By the way, methane is much safer than propane or butane, because in the event of a leak it does not accumulate in one place, but is dispersed in the atmosphere, so it simply cannot explode - a certain density of gas in one place is needed for an explosion. But butane or propane can explode.
