This new light truck, appearing on the global car market, will replace the already morally and physically obsolete pickup Sang Yong Corando Sportswhich is already being sold in several generations to many countries of the world. According to the company's internal documentation, the “successor” of this model is referred to as “Q200”, it is based on the same platform as the last-generation full-size crossover SsangYong Rexton, which will be officially introduced by South Koreans at the Paris Motor Show in October 2016.
The interesting thing is that this new crossover, SsangYong Rexton, and the new Q200 pickup will get the same “face”: to the very front pillars, their frontal body parts will be absolutely identical, and if you put them together and look from the front, it will be difficult to distinguish what is a pickup and what is a crossover.
