The Internet has declassified the design of a new generation of Jeep Wrangler, which is now being tested on the sand dunes of Silver Lake in northern Michigan.

The new Wrangler will get a revolutionary style, including a series of lightweight aluminum elements. The developers also promise to update the interior quality. The exact parameters of the power units are not reported. Presumably for new items there are 3 engine options. There will probably be a 2-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine, as well as a 3.6-liter V6 engine, which is currently 285 horsepower. with 352 Nm of torque.

It is expected that the 3rd will be a power unit with an automatic start system. Also at the end of 2019, it is planned to install a 3-liter V6 diesel.
