Czech crossover Skoda Yeti Received a special performance on the eve of the Channel One Cup. A new version of the crossover was called Hockey Edition, it will have two official configurations. The first of them is referred to as Ambition, and the second - Ambition Outdoor, hinting, probably, on the big "off-road" of the latter. What is the difference New Yeti Hockey Edishn from the classic version? Only because the body was pasted over with stickers, the thresholds were increased due to decorative linings, they fastened the rails a la silver to the roof, put the body on seventeen-inch light-alloy wheels and trimmed the side mirrors with black gloss. Well, from the inside, the "hockey" version of the Czech "snow chelolek" is distinguished by another upholstery of seats, a three-spoke steering wheel with radio control buttons. There is climate control, parking sensors on the rear bumper, light and rain sensors, fog, able to illuminate the turns and much more from electronic assistants.

Channel One Cup in the framework of the annual European Ice Hockey Tour, begins today in Moscow and will continue for three days. Skoda is the traditional official sponsor of this event. Russian, Czech, Swedish and Finnish teams will fight on the ice.

It is worth noting that today's crossover performance line hockey edition not the first, before Skoda has released two cars with the same prefix to the name: Octavia and Rapid. These special versions will undergo restyling in 2016. Classic version of the Skoda Yeti costs in Russia from 967 to 1 346 kilorubles. There are options with both front and all-wheel drive. Under the hood of the crossover, one of the three 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8-liter benzomotors is installed, respectively, 122, 110 and 152 horses at the peak. Automatic, manual and AMT boxes are used as transmissions.
