For the first time the world debut of the Chinese car took place at the Detroit Auto Show (USA). The novelty was a shortened five-seater version of the large GAC Trumpchi GS8 SUV - Guangzhou Auto GS7. As is known, the name of the car was changed specifically for the American market so as not to cause associations with the newly elected President Donald Trump.

First of all, it is striking that the Chinese crossover received a brutal angular design. In turn, the interior is trimmed in leather, where there are inserts that mimic carbon. Equipment Guangzhou Auto GS7 includes a panoramic roof and a 10.1-inch multimedia display system.

Guangzhou Auto GS7 got a 2-liter turret with a capacity of 201 "horse" and with a torque of 300 Nm. The engine is paired with a 6-step "automatic" and all-wheel drive.

The crossover will be available for purchase in the United States and in Europe at a price of 155 thousand yuan (22 thousand dollars).
